Please read our terms and conditions carefully to understand our warranty, delivery, and installation policies.
Warranty Policy
The warranty is not valid for blinds bought without treatment.
We should be informed immediately after a damage occurs. If the damage increases by continuing to use the blind, our warranty will be void.
The warranty covers damages that occur under standard usage conditions during the warranty period and no money is required for their repair during this time.
Repair & Maintenance
Upon installation, our team will explain the proper method of using the blinds to ensure longevity.
We are not responsible for damage caused by standing water, rotting due to moisture, or damage caused by animals (such as gulls) if the blinds are not used appropriately.
In cases of damage outside warranty coverage, we will repair the blinds but service fees and material costs will be charged.
Delivery & Shipping
For courier deliveries, a receipt will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp immediately upon hand-over to the courier service.
The balance payment must be deposited into our bank account before final delivery. Blinds will remain with the courier service until the balance is confirmed.
Installation Charges
For fixing work involving less than two blinds, a standard fixing charge will be applicable.
If the order consists of more than two blinds, the fixing charge is waived and only transport charges will be applied.
